0 Introduction

got11 is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between got11 and its users.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and play on the platform. got11 may request an ID card, birth certificate, or other documents for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, device, or IP address, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, phone number, payment details, and other information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. got11 reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is found upon verification.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the got11 platform are currently supported via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Separate processing times may apply for each method.

3.2 Minimum Transactions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 (one) hour. However, got11 reserves the right to delay the withdrawal process if verification is ongoing or unusual activity is detected.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same owner. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. got11 reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transactions until they are verified.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit at got11, users will receive a bonus of up to 150%, with a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus, not to the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

got11 considers the following to be bonus abuse: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using a friend's or family member's account to claim bonuses, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk strategies. In such cases, got11 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5 VIP Program

got11's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users may advance to higher tiers based on regular and active gaming activity. got11 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Sending malicious software to got11's systems or servers.
• Exploiting any known bug or technical error — instead, report it to the support team immediately.

7 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the got11 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and game designs — is the intellectual property of got11 or its licensors. Users are granted a limited permission to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from got11 is prohibited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

got11 collects, stores, and uses users' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may need to be shared in cases of legal obligation, fraud investigation, or requests from regulatory authorities.
